Full Service Plans - Broker is contact person for scheduling appointments. In addition to the Utah required services, the Seller’s Agent will: Participate on the seller's behalf in scheduling appointments, contract negotiations & contract documentation between Seller and Buyer or Seller and Buyer Broker/Agent.
$2,500 Upfront, Platinum Plan. Full Service Up to 12 Months (Compare "Homie" Flat Fee @ $5,000 to $10,000, do not over pay for same services) the Seller’s Agent will also include Framed Company Sign, Realtor Supra Key Box and Photo Appointment upon request.
$1,250 Upfront, Gold Plan. Full Service Up to 12 Months, the Seller’s Agent will also include Company Sign upon request.
